Meet Our Founder
Sheikh Muzzammil Hossain is a world-renowned Qāri, recognized for his mastery of Qur'anic recitation. Over the years, he has earned recognition on an international stage, winning and placing in multiple prestigious Qirāʾah competitions across the globe. Through decades of teaching experience, Sheikh Muzzammil has instructed students at every stage of learning — from young children starting Qa'idah, to advanced ḥuffāẓ seeking ijāzah and sanad. Some of his students have gone on to become teachers, imams, and shuyookh in their respective communities.
As the founder of Ilm & Amal Foundation, his vision is to build a core Islamic environment rooted in excellence and authenticity, pushing students to not only recite Qur'an properly, but to understand and live by it.
